I like using this site to check NASCAR news and results, and it’s usually helpful. The only thing is the ads can get really annoying, especially when they pop up right when I’m trying to read or check a race update. Maybe it’s just bad timing, but the pages feel slow at the moments I need them most. Still a useful site overall, I just wish it was a little less cluttered

I’ve noticed the news can feel a bit stale sometimes. Maybe they’re not refreshing it as often as they used to, or I’m just checking at the wrong times, but the updates feel kind of hit or miss.

I was trying to pick up some NASCAR gear as a gift, the selection on nascar.com was kind of a letdown. The few things I actually liked were either sold out or only available in weird leftover sizes, which got annoying fast.
I also noticed some drivers had a ton more merch than others, so if you’re looking for someone specific, you might not have much to choose from. I expected way better options for basic stuff like shirts and hats.
The website itself worked fine, so that wasn’t really the issue. But the merch selection felt too limited, and I ended up leaving frustrated and checking other places instead

I keep checking the live timing and it’s always off!!! The leaderboard just doesn’t seem accurate whenever I use it, which is really frustrating!!!

I ordered a shirt from nascar.com and it just sat there for days before it even shipped. It wasn’t the worst shopping experience ever, but it was definitely way slower than I expected. I tried checking in, and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Eventually it moved, but yeah, not a great experience

But here I am still waiting, and every time I contact support they just tell me to give it a few more days. Those “easy returns” and “quick refund” promises definitely didn’t match the reality. Super frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again

If you’re into racing, this is a good place to hang out. Most race days have a fun vibe, and people are usually chatting about the drivers, strategies, and what’s happening on the track. My advice is to jump into the conversations if you’re comfortable—fans here seem to enjoy talking with others, and it makes the experience a lot more enjoyable.

I like watching nascar clips and keeping up with race stuff, but the video player is way too unreliable. It buffers, freezes, or randomly goes black, even though my internet works fine everywhere else. Having to refresh the page three times just to watch a short video is completely unnecessary. When it actually works, it’s fine, but it gets annoying fast.

I mostly use the nascar.com app on race days, and it’s fine about half the time. The live updates are helpful, but then it’ll randomly slow down or freeze when I’m trying to check timing or read news, which is kind of frustrating ?? Videos also take a while to load on my phone. It’s not a terrible app, it just really needs to be more stable.

I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the standings seem to lag often. I get that updates can take a little time, but it’s frustrating when the results don’t always look right.

I keep running into issues every time I try to log in to my Nascar account. Sometimes the password reset email takes forever, sometimes it never shows up at all, and then it’ll tell me my login info is wrong even when I know it isn’t. It’s really annoying when I’m just trying to check my account quickly. This feels like such a preventable problem, but it keeps happening.

I paid to watch the race live and regretted it quickly. The stream kept freezing every few laps, the audio would randomly get ahead of the video, and at times the picture got so blurry it felt like I was watching something from 2009.

I tried refreshing, switching browsers, and even pulling it up on my phone, but nothing really fixed it. I ended up missing restarts and pit stops, which is basically why I paid in the first place. Definitely not worth the money if it can’t stay on.

Most days the site loads quickly for me, even when I’m checking race results or trying to catch up on news right after an event. The homepage usually pops up fast, so I’m not just sitting there blaming my Wi-Fi while staring at a blank screen.
I’d probably give it 5 stars if some of the video pages didn’t drag a bit. i’m sure the ads are the ones slowing things down sometimes, but overall the site is still solid and easy to use.

So... I reached out to support and it ended up taking a few days before I got a reply. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely slower than I expected.
